I hereby grant Homecrafters Spas & BBQ the irrevocable right and permission to use and reuse the photograph(s) that were taken of my backyard/spa design, in whole or in part, modified or altered, for business promotional, advertising and sales uses, and other trade purposes, throughout the world via the web and in conjunction with showroom and show sales and promotional events.

I hereby forever release and discharge Homecrafters Spas & BBQ from any and all claims, actions and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs, including, without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, monetary gain and libel.
